Today we went to the aquatic center ! It was fun I played basketball with some of my friends and also boys that are my friends. Sadly, the boys won but we did pretty good for playing basketball in the water. My friends and class had to do exercises but that was ok. We had to run against the current of the lazy river it was difficult . I made it all the way around ! After the aquatic center we went back to our class and started to learn!
We have been exploring websites for kids. There are many websites out on the internet that kids learn, explore, connect with other kids, and play!
My choice is a website that has reading on it you can play on kid arcades and there is games and you can see movies and a lot of math games !
I like it because you can learn stuff see books you might want to read, also it has movies kids arcades and it is very fun and there is a variety of games!

It is Nonfiction and is about a princess that gets locked in a tower by a mean queen.

I have a book baggie book that I can read independently. I want to share some information with you about my book. The title of my book is Anastasia. It is written by Carolyn Meyer.
This story is about Anastasia and her sisters Olga and Tatiana. They all are daughters of Nicholas. He’s the tsar. They are at one of the palaces waiting for papa the tsar. To come home from World War 1 against Germany and Poltegue. Anastasia is very worried with her family and she is the youngest daughter.
It takes place in 1904, Russia at the winter palace.
One of my favorite characters is Anastasia because she is very curious and has a lot of feeling. I would recommend this book because it has a lot of real facts and it is just like a diary Anastasia wrote it is very interesting.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. day is a very important day. He was born on Jan 15, 1929. He is a wonderful man. I learned that he helped us learn how to get along with everbody because he wanted this nation to rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed we hold these truths to be self evident that all men are created equal. Also Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. helped us to like people even if there black or white. He also made a famous speech on August 28, 1963. The speech was called (I Have A Dream). Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was a giving man. On Martin Luther King Jr. Day I wrote a speech called I Have A Dream. If you click on the line below you can hear my I Have A Dream speech.
It was an awesome assembly it was called Skippy and Dave! Dave was really funny and so his puppet Skippy . He has a big talent. Dave can play two instruments. He really intertaind us . Dave also played alot of country songs he was awesome. Dave has more than one puppet but Skippy is the main puppet. The whole school was happy and got an intertainement for the day!
Yummy! We had our exciting Christmas party on Tuesday. We could of had our party on Friday but us 4th graders and the rest of the school had a snow day! Awesome, we got to watch The Polar Express and we also got to eat delicous stuff like ; cheese popcorn, oranges with chocolate on them and puppy chow.We also drank Hawaiian punch. It was a awesome and yummy party. We played a game called Miner Millionaire. It was fantastic. We did all that for our Christmas party and our stomaches weren’t growling any more!
